1) Apply primer to lids.
2) Use angled brush to apply liner over the inner half of the lid.
3) Delicately outline a triangular section that you will not be filling in. 4) Fill in the remainder outside of the outlined area.
5) Apply black eyeshadow over the liner.
6) Clean up with a cotton swab and makeup remover if necessary.
