THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
– 2 round baking pans
– Some Marbles
– A Wine glass
– A small Plate
– A Hot Glue gun
PROCESS:
– Take 1st baking pan and put some marbles in it make sure you fill the whole thing up, remove if there is extra
– Now just place the 2nd pan on the 1st and you will see that its rotating
Yo make it a 2 tier organizer
– Glue the wine glass downwards up to the plate
